Une Cadillac Pour Marilyn is an image of great contrasts.
On one hand we see the powerful, durable and eternal sea and sand the will exist until the end of time. The waves have been crashing on this shore for eons. On the other hand we see how fragile, finite and fleeting, material possessions, fame and even life itself is.
The contrast is especially poignant within the context of the tragically shortened life of Marilyn Monroe.
